Tom Cruise is being sued by Michael Sapir, who claims that Cruise hired someone to wiretap his phones and spy on him. A November report that Cruise has his very own Scientology spy van may be brought to the foreground now, as well as Cruise’s new habit of speaking in code. “I just like headsets and sleeping in my van–over. Nothing wrong with that–over,” said Cruise, reached for comment. “All of a sudden I’m weird because some guy possibly hears a little crying in the background on his phone… it doesn’t have anything to do with me or my fear of touching my wife–Do you copy?”
